I’m Erin.
…& I am the Founder and lead coach of Gear Up Catching.
I have my Masters in Education in Curriculum Development, I’m a former high school history teacher of 14 years-turned business owner full time, and I made my “side gig” my full time dream job.
I help young women step into their unique voices through the medium of catching and teach other coaches to do exactly what I did to become a full time entrepreneur. It is THE BEST.
As an athlete, I led my team from behind the plate. As a coach, I train the next generation so they have the tools to continue growing in the most physically and mentally demanding position on the field.
We train hard, dream big, and gear up for whatever the game of life throws at us.

Current Gear Up Collegiate Catchers:
Level 1:
the starting point for beginner catchers

for intermediate catchers who have completed our beginner course.
For catchers entering our program with previous catching training experience.
for advanced catchers with goals of getting to college on scholarship
